1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website Ceraview (accessible at https://www.ceraview.com) and any associated web applications, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Services.

2. Description of Service

Ceraview provides a suite of free browser-based viewer and editor tools, including but not limited to the CSV Viewer/Editor, XLSX Spreadsheet Editor, VCF Contacts Manager, Online Word Editor, Sketch Board, and Online Notepad.

🔒 Privacy-First Processing: All file editing, parsing, conversion, and rendering operations happen entirely client-side within your web browser. Your uploaded files are never transferred to, processed on, or stored on our servers.

3. User Responsibilities & File Ownership

Since Ceraview does not store, copy, or maintain backups of your uploaded files, you are solely responsible for keeping local backups of your files and data.

You maintain full ownership, copyright, and responsibility for all files and content that you load or edit through the Services.
You represent and warrant that your use of the Services does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law, nor does it infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include:

Attempting to disrupt or compromise the security, integrity, or proper functioning of Ceraview's servers or browser scripts.
Using any automated system, including scraping, crawlers, or bots, to extract data from the website without our explicit permission.
Redistributing or embedding Ceraview tools inside third-party websites or services in a manner that misrepresents their origin.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CERAVIEW, ITS DEVELOPERS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
